Does any of this sound familiar?
I believe I'm called but i was told that a woman can't preach, pastor, or lead. I want to make sure I'm not going against God.
I'm struggling to develop my style. Where do I start? How do I learn how to study and prepare? How will I get an opportunity to practice my gift and call?
Where can I connect with other women like me? Women ready to do exactly what God has called them to do. Women ready to come off mute.
You are not alone.
I have struggled with many of the same questions and issues as most of you. As a woman pastor, preacher, teacher, theologian, and seminarian, I believe God has called and continues to call women into every facet of ministry. If it required a woman to grow, carry, birth, nurture, correct, guide, and teach the ACTUAL Christ-child... if she could be entrusted with that, then I know women can occupy space in the sacred - because sacred grew within her. It knows her; they're well acquainted. Woman, your calling has merit. By design, you are able to carry something world-changing. So many of us have been muted or muffled by demonic patriarchy and total misunderstanding and incorrect application of scripture. It's time to burn the boxes we've been placed in and show up. Don't just come off mute... TURN UP THE VOLUME!

About You
I've been blessed to serve in ministry for many years. I'm a preacher and teacher who pastors a church alongside my husband. My background is in music. I'm an award-winning songwriter, and singing in church is what I grew up doing. I knew early on that God had something special for me to do. As my passion increased I decided I would go to seminary because it was important to me to handle God's word with understanding and integrity. I know not everyone desires or can afford to pursue a theology or biblical studies degree, but would still love the information. My ultimate plan was to teach on the collegiate level, but the holy spirit nudged me and let me know that my everyday sisters who are called by God could benefit from what I have. So here we are.
I'm looking forward to what our journey together brings out of us all.
